If you're not happy with your subscription within 14 days of the charge, contact us and we'll refund it — no detailed reason needed.
Subscriptions are billed annually. Past the 14-day window, the annual charge itself isn't refunded, but cancelling stops any future renewal — you keep access for the period already paid for, see the Terms of Service.
The same 14-day window applies to gifts, and the refund goes to whoever paid — the buyer, not the recipient. Email us with the buyer's payment confirmation or the recipient's email and we'll sort it out.
