If you're not happy with your subscription within 14 days of the charge, contact us and we'll refund it — no detailed reason needed.
Subscriptions are billed annually. Past the 14-day window, the annual charge itself isn't refunded, but cancelling stops any future renewal — you keep access for the period already paid for, see the Terms of Service.
Email us, or use the receipt link Polar.sh (our payment processor) sent when you subscribed — either route reaches a real person.
